Symptoms

Item default unit of measure switches from Y to N after item price list load on alternate rows.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Import data from item files using ITEM_PRICELIST_LOAD process
2. Check PS_ITM_LOAD_VND_EC and see  default UOM field is set to N for alternate rows
