Copy Requisition Functionality is Copying Old Value of the Item on Requisition Line

Symptoms
Issue:-
If requestor copies an old requisition, it will copy the old values of item on the requisition line and Business Unit.
Steps To Replicate:-
1. Create a Requisition. Take any Catalog item
2. Inactivate the Inventory Business Unit which is associated with the item.
3. Create a new requisition and copy it from the previous requisition,
4. See that the Inventory business Unit is copied even though it is inactivated.
