E-CLOUD: CM10 Manage Update Process Fails on Step 9 'Update files on Cloud Manager Target' (Doc ID 2639831.1)

Symptoms

When running the self-update process on Cloud Manager 10 (CM) through Manage Updates, it fails on Step 9: Update files on Cloud Manager Target.

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Provision a new CM 10 instance.
  2. Go to Cloud Manager Settings tile, then select Manage Updates.
  3. Click Apply to initiate Cloud Manager Update.
