Symptoms
Effective date for the translate field EOQF_IS_NEW value N is showing as 01/01/9000 instead of 01/01/1900.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Application Designer.
2. Click on File > Open
3. Select the Definition 'Field' and Name 'EOQF_IS_NEW' then click on Open.
4. Click on the Properties button and Verify the Translate values.
