Batch Self Service FAPPKSSB Doesn't Post Some Awards Accepted via FLUID (Doc ID 2640363.1)

Symptoms

When running the Self Service Batch Process FAPPKSSB, there are found to be sporadic occurrences of students' loans remaining in offered status even though self service activity indicates they were accepted with no error messages indicating any kind of problem.

The issue only occurs when awards are accepted in batch, not real time; and also only occurs with awards accepted via Financial Aid FLUID, and not Classic Self Service.
