On : 9.2 version, Taxes

Beginning with tax year 2020, New Jersey allows different taxable wage base limits for employee vs employer paid portions of state disability insurance.
PeopleCode currently in place which requires matching taxable wage limits for EE and ER paid portions of these NJ taxes should be disabled.

When a user tries to save State Tax Table entry for New Jersey when different taxable wage base amounts are entered for EE vs ER SDI or VDI, an error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Attempt to update State Tax Table for New Jersey with correct values for tax year 2020:
 
2020 UI taxable wage base for employee and employer = $35,300
2020 SDI taxable wage base for employer only = $35,300
2020 SDI, FLI taxable wage base for employee only = $134,900
