Goal
When journal is imported via spreadsheet JRNL1_WS.xlsm, VAT defaults are not pulled into the journal. When the user clicks on the VAT button on the line, error message shows as:
Cannot access VAT information. (5010,218)
This line does not contain any VAT information. Either the business unit is not VAT enabled or the account value is not defined as a VAT / VAT applicable account.
In order for the VAT defaults to get pulled into the journal, the user must run journal edit again in PeopleSoft.
