Symptoms

 Chrome 80 Cookie Update prevents the Punchout in eProcurement Requisition

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the option in Chrome Browser : " SameSite by default cookies"
2. Punchout to any Web Supplier
3. Getting error message: " The application was unable to route the session back to the login page"
