After Applying CS 9.2 PUM 16 the Advisor Center - My Advisees Page links Not Working (Doc ID 2641602.1)

Symptoms

 

On Campus Solutions 9.2 in Academic Advisement Self Service, after retrieving the list of Advisees on the My Advisees page, none of the links to individual Advisees work.

The broken liknks are:
Student Center; General Info; Transfer Credit; Academics; View Student Details.  Additionally the View Data for Other Students button does not work.

This started after applying Campus Solutions 9.2 Product Image (PI) 16

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected the Advisee link will open the details page for the Advisee

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the Advisor Center - My Advisees page
  2. click a link to View Student Details
