E-DPK: Running the PeopleTools 8.57 DPK Script as Non-Root Fails with the Error, 'name 'CalledProcessError' Is Not Defined', During 'Verifying if Puppet Software is installed' (Doc ID 2641673.1)

Symptoms

When running the PeopleTools 8.57.xx DPK script as a non-root user, the script fails with the following error during the 'Verifying if Puppet Software is installed' step.
 

ERROR:




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. As a root user run -> psft-dpk-setup.sh --prereq successfully
2. As a non-root run the midtier DPK script. Ex./psft-dpk-setup.sh --env_type midtier --deploy_only --deploy_type all
3. Observe the DPK script fail at the 'Verifying if Puppet Software is installed' step
