When running the PeopleTools 8.57.xx DPK script as a non-root user, the script fails with the following error during the 'Verifying if Puppet Software is installed' step.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As a root user run -> psft-dpk-setup.sh --prereq successfully
2. As a non-root run the midtier DPK script. Ex./psft-dpk-setup.sh --env_type midtier --deploy_only --deploy_type all
3. Observe the DPK script fail at the 'Verifying if Puppet Software is installed' step
