Symptoms
This problem has been reported in HCM Applications where users are unable to Print Resumes.
Generated PDF output doesn't have information from the Resume/Cover Letter/Reference/Transcript when the attachment file type is ".docx".
Or the process fails with the following error:
In order to reproduce the issue, follow the below steps:
- Attach Resume to an Application.
- Click Print Application icon.
- Select Resume to include in report.
- Click Generate Report.
The problem can occur wherever the BI Publisher External Attachments feature is used for merging non-PDF attachments to the BI Publisher report.
