Mobile inventory express issues wrong serial ID.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Have two serial ids with quantity 1 for test item
2. On mobile inventory express issue, enter 1st 2 serial id with quantity 1 and click Add Item
3. Click Modify
4. Modify serial id to 2nd serial id
5. Click Submit
6. First Serial id issued instead of 2nd serial id.
