On Mobile Device Only, My Requisitions Filter Page Doesn't Show All Search Criteria Fields and Scroll Bars Properly (Doc ID 2643399.1)

My Requisitions Filters page won’t scroll on mobile device only. This means not all of the search criteria fields are viewable and selectable. One can see the vertical scroll bar, but there is no horizontal scroll bar. One is able to see Entered By as last search criteria field, but the rest of the search criteria fields are invisible.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. On a laptop, click My Requisitions.
2. Click the Filters icon.
3. View the Filters page. The scroll is working correctly.
4. Log off.
5. On a mobile device (iPhone), log in again.
6. Click My Requisitions.
7. Push the filters icon.
8. View the Filters page.
9. Tried to scroll down to see the rest of the Entered by and other search criteria fields. Result: The page won’t scroll up and down, regardless of whether the phone is in a vertical or horizontal position.
