Last updated on MARCH 02, 2020

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Absence Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Absence Management translations are not consistent in dutch, sometimes 'absence' is translated as 'verlof', somethimes is translated as 'afwezigheid'. These 2 are not the same.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login in DUTCH (Nederlands)
2. Navigate to : Self Service > Urenregistratie > Uren rapporteren > Verlof aanvragen (Self Service > Time reporting > Report time > Request Absence)
Result: “absence” is translated to “verlof” and sometimes to “afwezigheid”. In English we don’t encounter this problem : “absence” is everywhere “absence”.
3. Tile : SelfService werknemer > Uren (Tile : Employee Self Service > Time)
