GPES: ITAT/EP Absence Takes are Not Correctly Calculating for Employees in Partial Retirement (Doc ID 2643437.1)

Benefit for employees with partial retirement should work as indicated in the Order ESS/1187/2015 from 15th of June, based on which the Royal Decree 625/2014 from 18th of July is developed, in his second additional provision.

"Order ESS/1187/2015, from June 15, in base of which it was developed the Royal Decree 625/2014, from July 18, in his second provision states the following:"
"Therefore for this employee class the calculation of the IT the first 15 days is the same as for any other employee, but starting with the 16th day, we need to include an extended IT that will not be 75% from the first day, but instead, the first 5 days of this type of absence are 60% and the afterwards go to 75%."
"Also, the BRD will be the same for both absences, that is, the base of the extended IT cannot be different than the normal IT."
