Symptoms

As of PT 8.56.12 and in PT 8.57 and 8.58 customers are seeing 'Ignoring UPM signon statement' warnings in their app server log files as well as tracesql files getting created for all users even when the TRACESQL and TRACEPC are equal to 0 in the app server configuration.
