E-PORTAL: Back Button From 'View All Notifications' is Not Working (Doc ID 2643619.1)

From a homepage, when clicking on the 'Notifications' icon, followed by clicking on the 'View All' button, it takes the user to the 'View All Notifications' component.  From there, when clicking the back button, it does not take the user back to the homepage. Instead, it returns to the Notifications popup window and it is displayed in full screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From a homepage, click on Notifications icon 
2. Click on 'View All'
3. Click on the back button.
4. Notice that the Notifications popup opens, but instead of a modal window, it opens in the entire screen
