Add Beneficiary and Update Beneficiary Designation Buttons Do Not Display on the Page for Life Insurance Accessed from Fluid Benefits Summary (Doc ID 2644054.1)

When an employee accesses Life Insurance from the Fluid Benefits Summary on the Benefits Details tile, the section offering the employee the ability to add or change beneficiaries or benefit allocation does not display.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee opens the Benefits Summary on the Benefits tile (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits tile > Benefits Summary).
     2. Employee selects Life Insurance item on the Summary.
     3. Page that opens does not allow changes to beneficiaries or benefit allocations.
