After Running the Create Par Replen Requests process,Par Location Orders are not Created and and No Errors are Displayed on the Par Location Count Errors page (Doc ID 2644087.1)

When create Par Replen Requests process is ran ,no Par location orders are generated and no errors are displayed on the Par Location Count Errors page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory, Replenish Par Locations, Correct Par Replen Errors
2. Open the Order
Issue : No errors are displayed
