Symptoms

Filter on Requisition ID search not working properly.

On the page "Add/Update Requisitions", tab "Find an Existing Value", field "Requisition ID", if select the "<=" option it works like the "=" option.

Test 1 (RESULT OK):
Select the option "<" and put an existing "Requisition ID" and press Search.
It results the list of all Requisitions with a "Requisition ID" lower than the existing "Requisition ID" inserted

Test 2 (RESULT KO):
Select the option "<=" and put an existing "Requisition ID" and press Search.
The system opens the Requisition with the existing "Requisition ID" inserted, instead of showing the list of all Requisitions with a "Requisition ID" equal or lower than the existing "Requisition ID" inserted

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open an existing requisition from Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update Requisitions
2. Select the operand ‘Less Than or Equal’ / "<=" and put an existing "Requisition ID" and press Search
3. After press button, the system opens Requisition ID with the value searched
