SSF_SWVR_PS App Engine Fails With Error (14015,11) When Pop Select Query Includes Bind Values (Doc ID 2644786.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2 after creating a new Query to use as the Pop Select Query for Mass Assign Student Waivers an error is returned.

Runtime Parameter value not entered for field EMPLID (14015,11) SCC_POP_SELECT.MODEL.Adaptors.PSQueryAdapter.OnExecute Name:EditParmData PCPC:13556 Statement:211


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Student Financials>Calculate Batch Tuition>Mass Assign Student Waivers

  1. Using delivered Pop Select Query, QA_CS_SF_WV_ASSIGN, which has no criteria using bind values, run the process. It should go to success
  2. Save the query as a new query
  3. add a prompt and criteria to the new query and save. The prompt table used is PS_SSF_STDWVR_BIND which contains no values
  4. run the query with a prompt value, receive the error
