Symptoms
The CREF for Benefits Statements (HC_BAS_STATMNTS_FL_GBL) needs to reside or 'be under' Employee Self Service. Open Enrollment(OE) is part of Self Service and all the fluid benefit pages used in OE is under Employee Self Service. Currently the CREF for Benefits Statements (HC_BAS_STATMNTS_FL_GBL) is found at Root > Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Pages > Benefits > Benefit Statements.
Its also part of the Benefit Details navigation collection at Root > Portal Objects > Navigation Collections > Benefit Details > Benefit Statements.
