Symptoms

Getting Fetch Array element 3: Index is not in range 1 to 2 when attempting to Mass Approve purchase orders where the database is setup in iHub

Issue can be replicated with the following steps:
1. Login to iHub environment.
2. Click on Approvals Tile
3. Left Menu click on Purchase Orders
4. Select multiple purchase orders to approve
5. Click on Approve button
6. Get the following error.
