Self Service Payment Processing Intermittently Receiving "Could Not Start Child Program" Message (Doc ID 2645748.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions, a sporadic error message occurs during a student's self service session.   During the self service session, students are making online credit card payments.  Not all students receive the error message when processing a payment.  The error received is:

"Could not start child program"
