E-PORTAL: The Modal Window is Too Narrow and Cannot be Resized on the Billing WorkCenter

On the Billing WorkCenter, the Update Pending Transactions modal window opens as expected when the Error Count is 1. If the Error Count is greater then 1, the modal window is too narrow and cannot be sized.
1. Navate to: Main Menu > Billing > Billing WorkCenter
2. Under My Work > Exceptions > Billing Interface Errors
For the row that has Error count = 1 => Actions > Update Pending Transactions. the page opens large as expected.
For the row that has Error count > 1 => Actions > Update Pending Transactions, get a search page, click Search, then open one of the result, the page opens narrow and cannot be resized
