An error occurs when entering a W-4 lock-in Letter
When trying to enter a 2020 IRS Lock Letter, receiving the following error:
The Federal Withholding Allowance exceeds the IRS limit, but all of the amounts are $0.00.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America >Employee Pay Data USA >Tax Information >Update Employee Tax Data
2. Choose the Tax Entity (Federal or State Tax Data) that requires the Lock-In Letter and expand the Lock-In Letter Details
3. Check on the Lock-In letter and update the Limit On Allowances to the correct amount
- Note that this is using Allowances and Federal Tax Data no longer uses Allowances
