Getting Error while Sending Document for Signing (Doc ID 2646499.1)

Symptoms

An error occurs when sending the contract document to sign

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup : Enabled DocuSign Signature
a. Created a contract and contract document
b. Click Prepare and Route for e-Signature
c. Enter Mandatory details on Send Document for Signing page
d. Click Send button
Issue : Getting the error
