View PDF Button Doesn't show up if there are Purchase Orders on the Purchase Order list and Allow Supplier Access is Turned Off. (Doc ID 2647191.1)

Symptoms




View PDF button doesn't show up if there are purchase orders on the Purchase Order list and Allow Supplier Access is turned off.
Navigation is Manage Orders > Purchase Orders in the Supplier Portal.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. turned off Supplier access to the View PDF button in Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options .Suppliers> Configure External Access.
2.go to the Supplier Portal, navigate to Manage Orders > Purchase Orders, and search in a date range where there are no purchase orders.
3. View PDF button shows up in the resulting page,It disappears after you click the button, but it shouldn’t show up at all.
