Special Request Page - No UOM Conversion Exists Error (10200,284) (Doc ID 2647357.1)

Issue: eProcurement Requisitions: Special Request page No UOM conversion exists error

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
1) Create an eProcurement Requisition with one Special Request line. Special Request line must be associated to a Contract Line that contains an Item ID.
2) Save, exit and re-enter the ePro Requisition using the Manage Requisitions page.
3) Click on the Special Request line description to open the Special Request page.
4) Click on Add to Cart button.

An error is received "No UOM conversion exists..."

No UOM Conversion exists for UOM to the Item Std UOM %2. Reset to STD UOM. (10200,284)
A Unit of Measure conversion factor must exist between the entered UOM and the items's stamdards UOM. [OK]
