Symptoms

When trying to create or deploy a new PIA domain using either the DPK installation method or using a silent installation (i.e. using a response ".rsp" file method). It results in the following error in the piainstall_<domain>.log file:

For example: When perform a silent installation of a new PIA domain using a response file by running and executing the command "setup.cmd -i silent -DRES_FILE_PATH=<path_to_response_file>". It results in the following error:
