Expenses Top Spenders pagelet erroring out when accessing EX Dashboard
This pagelet corresponds to Pivot Grid EX_TOP_SPEND, which is not returning results.

1. Navigate to Travel and EXpenses > Expenses Workcenter > Expense workcenter dashboard
