Symptoms
After successful installation of FSCM 9.2 PUM 35, reboot of database changes the state of PDB (Pluggable Database) to Restricted mode.
The error is:
ERROR: ORA-01035: ORACLE only available to users with RESTRICTED SESSION privilege
This issue occurs only on FSCM 9.2 Image 35.
