Information in this document applies to any platform.
Posting a new credit item type to a student account results in an error. The student is on an Existing Charges Payment plan. The new item type being posted is a higher payment priority than the Existing Charges Payment Plan Credit item type.
The error message received during posting is:
14816, 11123 - 'The payment plan could not be reversed.
