E-WL: When Trying to Look at Monitoring Sessions Tab in WebLogic Console. Resulting in the “java.lang.NullPointerException” Error on the WebLogic Console (Doc ID 2649603.1)

Symptoms

After signing on to the WebLogic Console, selecting the "Monitoring Sessions" tab, and performing the following actions:

1. Scroll to "Deployments"

2. Click on the PLUS sign next to PeopleSoft

3. Click on the forward slash ("/")

4. Select the "Monitoring" tab

5. Select the "Sessions" tab

The following error is encountered on the WebLogic Server Administration Console and in the PIA_weblogic.log (<PIA_HOME>/webserv/<DOMAIN-NAME>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/PIA_weblogic.log):
