Symptoms

On Campus Solutions, the Process Credit Card job is periodically failing when processing refunds. The SF_PAYMENT application engine within the job is where the failure occurs. The job is run multiple times for each Cashier Office, and for self service payment refunds.

The Process Credit Card job is located at Student Financials, Charges and Payments, Electronic Transactions, Electronic Payments, Process Credit Cards.

The unsuccessful process will show the error in the process scheduler message log.
