Symptoms
Non-required field on Add/Update Position Info throwing error
1. Navigation: Organizational Development > Position Management > Maintain Positions/Budgets > Add/Update Position Info
2. "Title" is not a required field on page POSITION_DATA1
3. If it is not entered an error pops up after Save is clicked.
