EGL9.2:Processes Uses Flattened Tree Tables Even Though Installation Option is Set with Maintain Flatten Tree Data = 'General Ledger Reporting’ (Doc ID 2650852.1)

Batch processes such as Allocations (FS_ALLC) and Chartfield Security Build (SEC_BLD) are referencing the flattened tree tables ex - PS_OI_TFLT_ACCOUNT even though Installation Option: Maintain Flatten Tree Data = 'General Ledger Reporting’.
The Oracle documentation indicates that batch process will use the flattened tree tables only if Maintain Flatten Tree Data = 'Detail List’ option is checked on.

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options
   and select 'Use Flatten Tree Data' checkbox. Then, click 'Maintain Flattened Tree Data' hyperlink and select 'General Ledger Reporting' option.
2. Run either Allocations (FS_ALLC) and Chartfield Security Build (SEC_BLD) process.
3. Check trace files. Noted that process uses the flattened tree tables
