When the user created the sample tree using the Tree manager page and added a new definition group. The user ran the audit report and it is showing the values as expected but when the same user changes the tree parameters from node to branch and rechecking the definition group, the values are incorrect in the audit record. Even under the definition groups for tree objects, the parameters are not showing as expected.

The current behaviour is showing as below

The tree name went to set control value column, the Tree branch went to TreeName, and then the Tree Name also went to Tree Branch.

Replication Steps:

1.Create a New Tree

2.Create a new definition group then give access to the new tree above.

3.Check audit record. As expected there is an add action.

4.Convert the node into a branch.

5.Click Yes

6.The node has now become branch.

7.Re-checked the definition group and confirmed that access has change. Also noticed that there are garbage characters inserted at the tree branch and the Tree Name was inserted in the set control value which is not correct.
