Last updated on SEPTEMBER 02, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM eProcurement - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Inventory - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Inventory Source Flag is not getting selected by Default when using an item that is associated with a contract, so there is no possibility to create Internal requisitions from eProcurement to inventory when an item is associated to a contract, even when the <> is selected in Purchasing Definition. In Image 27 the Inventory Source Flag is getting selected by default when there is a contract associated with the item.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Search item in ePro > Create Requisition > search for the item.
  2. When there is a contract associated with the item (supplier-priority 1), Inventory Source Flag is not checked.
