EAM: AM Disposal Worksheet Gives Error 'Data Being Added Conflicts With Existing Data (18,2)' When Disposing Asset Interfaced from Project costing with Multiple Cost Rows due to Diference in Activity ID (Doc ID 2651246.1)

Symptoms

The Asset Management Disposal Worksheet displays an error when the selected asset has been interfaced from Project Costing with multiple cost rows having different values for activity_id only.
Note that these assets can be retired on the online Retire/Reinstate Asset component.

'Data being added conflicts with existing data (18,2)'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Interface an Asset from Project Costing into Asset Management with multiple Activity IDs for a Business Unit, Project ID.
2. Dispose of the Asset Via the Disposal Worksheet.
3. Error shown above is displayed.
