Uploaded Offer Letter File Name Truncated When Emailed to Applicants In Prepare Job Offer (Doc ID 2651381.1)

Symptoms

When uploading an offer letter and then email it to the applicant, the file name is truncated and is unable to be opened by the Applicant.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Recruiting > Search Job Opening > Select job id
2. select applicant which is in disposition “Applied”. Select Other actions > Recruiting actions > Prepare Job Offer
3. Enter annual salary > Select offer letter and submit it.
4. Click on “Generate Letter” push button
5. Save the file to the local desktop , System generated file name: 2020-03-06-13.53.37.0000001058HRS_OFF_LET.rtf
6. Open the offer letter , Save this offer letter as .pdf
7. Now upload the .pdf file to the system using “UPLOAD” push button
8. when uploading the .pdf file to the system, system appends today’s date and time to the attached file name. in this case, file name is greater than 64 and system truncating the last letters. So .pdf is missing in the file name , when clicking on Email Applicant button, applicant receiving the file without file extension. So applicant not able to open the file.
