SFP: SAFI Batch Message Post Is Stuck When Processing One Student (Doc ID 2651664.1)

Symptoms

SAFI batch process getting stuck in a loop on one student. It was noticed that the trace was referencing many SAD admission application CAF tables at the time it stopped processing.

There is an issue with running the SAFI after applying the most recent updates (POC-5). When the SAFI message interface program (SCC_VOC_INTF) for a population of students in the SFP is run, the process never completes, and the memory usage on the server will max out at 99+% usage.

After some trial/error, it was found that there are three EMPLIDs that are causing the problem. If these are excluded from the pop select, the process will complete as normal. If the SAFI process is run for just one of these three EMPLIDs, the process never completes and consumes all of server memory until the job is cancelled. No error is displayed - job just does not finish.
