When Editing Requisition to add new items from Web supplier punch-out gives Error .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to My requisition > Edit a requisition which has one web supplier item already submitted.
2.Go to continue shopping
3.Go to a web supplier site and add multiple items
4.Submit the order to ePro cart
5.Error: the return to cart throws a people code error.
