ELM 9.2: After Upgrade of Peopletools, from Find Learning, Some New Learners Not Able to Find Courses and Classes with a New Learner Group for the Learning Environment (Doc ID 2652411.1)

Symptoms

After Upgrade of Peopletools, from Find Learning, some new Learners not able to find Courses and Classes with a new Learner Group for the Learning Environment.

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as an Administrator for a Learning Environment.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learner Groups > Maintain Learner Groups > create a new Learner Group.
3. Confirm the Learners in the Learner Group.  
4. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Rebuild Index and rebuild Learning Indexes.
 
5. Log in as a Learner that is in the new Learner Group
6. Navigate to Self Service > Learning >Find Learning and {enter search criteria for one of the Courses or Classes associated to new Learner Group}
  and {click Search icon}, notice no results returned.
