Symptoms

ISSUE

Integration Broker (IB) routings for FORMs are enabled via EOFM Services when consolidating forms across multiple Peoplesoft applications (e.g., FSCM, CRM, CS, etc.). However in situations where only one PeopleSoft application is configured, and there is no need to consolidate forms to another PeopleSoft application, the error below is seen in the IB Synchronous Services Monitor for EOFM service operations (EOFM_LIST.v1, EOFM_MENU.v1, EOFM_URL.v1) even though a single, active ANY-TO-LOCAL routing was configured for each.
