E-CRM: Each Interested Party Receive Multiple Emails when multiple Interested Parties are Added in a Case

On the case, when we add multiple interested parties, the page sending multiple email to the parties.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Setup AAF Policy to send email notification to Interested Parties when they are added to the Case, using 'Interested Parties for a Case' Term in the condition
- After click on Save Case the Interested Parties receive two emails with the same information.
If three interested parties are added to the case, then three emails are sent and so on.
