Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The REQ line source status and the open quantity on the distribution isn’t updated correctly when the REQ is sourced to PO through Sourcing Event and the ''Bid Quantity Rule" on event line is set to ‘Quantity Not Applicable’.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition distribution by quantity.
2. Create a Sourcing Event by copying above requisition and upon copying the requisition lines to the event, change the ‘Bid Quantity Rule’ to ‘Quantity Not Applicable’.This will change the event quantity to 1
3.Now post the event, bid on the event and award it to the Purchase Order.
4.Now check for the Requisition Line status and Open Quantity on Distribution line.Since the REQ is completely sourced, the REQ line status should be Complete and the Open quantity should be set to zero.
