Q1. Any reference documents to setup the eSupplier Portal ?

Q2. Doc ID 1071858.1 indicates to create 3 new users (DefaultBidder (locked), ESUPPLIER (locked), AUC_GUEST (unlocked) ) out of which two of them needs to be kept locked. Why are these users required and why two of them are asked to be locked ?
