Incorrect Save Warning Message On "View Approvals" And "View Printable Version" link on Purchase Order (10250,346) (Doc ID 2653987.1)

Symptoms

 


When in Add/Update Purchase Order in PeopleSoft, and clicking on either View Approvals or View Printable Version, it brings up a message asking if we want to save changes so I can continue, however we didn't make any changes on the PO.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Purchase order with contract id and contract line number, approve and dispatch

2. Re-open Po click on View Approvals or View Printable Version.

3. Misleading message even though nothing is changed

 

The Document has been modified. Save the document to view the printable

version. (10250,346)

 

If you choose Yes, document will be saved, Once saved click the link to view

the printable version.  If you choose No, document will not be saved.
