Goal
1. As record PV_ATT_DB_SRV has grown too large, how can existing attachments be moved to another server and how to change the reference to refer to the new FTP server ?
2. There are still hardcoded references to PV_ATT_DB_SRV in PeopleTools, so the code across various components of the application does not seem to have been updated, as functionalities like URL Definitions, SFTP based repositories were rolled out as part of PeopleTools.
